Linda Collin
I am a legally trained executive with over 15 years of experience in music licensing, holding a degree in both law and music business. My expertise sits at the intersection of copyright, digital business models, and negotiation strategy.
I specialize in transforming market analysis, usage reports, and financial data into actionable licensing strategies. By combining a strong legal foundation with a deep understanding of digital platforms, I develop and execute agreements that protect rights, anticipate industry shifts, and drive measurable revenue growth.
Throughout my career I have led high-value music IP, AI, AR negotiations with major global platforms including Spotify, Meta, and Google. I manage the full lifecycle of licensing agreements: from market-informed strategy and negotiations, to contract finalization, royalty analysis, and performance review.
What defines my work is a commitment to data-driven rights management: using analytics, forecasting, and reporting to maximize value for rightsholders while ensuring their principles are reflected in every deal.

ÅSA ENSTRÖM
I support rightsholders and technology companies in navigating the legal complexities of today’s digital environment, ensuring that their rights are protected and enforceable while enabling long-term stability. With 25 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, intellectual property, and international licensing, I offer a depth of legal expertise that spans from statutory interpretation to the structuring of complex contractual frameworks.
My work is rooted in a forward-looking legal approach. I continuously monitor legislative and regulatory developments across Europe and internationally, assess their implications, and translate them into concrete legal strategies. Clients can rely on me for rigorous guidance on IP and AI licensing, cross-border agreements, regulatory compliance, and dispute risk mitigation.
I have operated at the intersection of entertainment and technology, from music publishing and collective rights management to SaaS and pro audio software, and most recently in licensing negotiations with major digital platforms. This allows me to frame agreements that preserve legal certainty for creative industries while addressing the requirements of global technology companies.
In addition, I have contributed to policy and governance as a board member of STIM and the Swedish Music Publishers Association, where I worked to strengthen the legal position of rightsholders. This perspective enables me to align individual agreements with broader legal frameworks and sectoral policies.
My focus is on providing clients with legal strategies and agreements that are enforceable, resilient, and tailored to withstand both regulatory scrutiny and future legislative change.
